Almost invariably the share price falls to the SPP issue price.
I've noticed this, but this is no great insight - many know this
That's why I find the significant buying volume ''interesting'' last week closed at 5.2 cents yet most of yesterday buys were at 5.9 cents
It's not that I consider the current share price overvalued, just that when we know shares will be added at 20% discount - why would you buy ??
Mmmm .... I have my suspicions
