Hi Monr6 - yes, the de-risking is now in play and has been since metallurgical results announced and size and % of TGC (total graphite content) of our deposit was announced to the investment community. Time to de-risk even further with PFS and off-take agreements from around the globe

Also highly probable we will get a resource upgrade and key short term catalysts will be as follows to further de-risk project ;

1) The completion of the PFS,

2) Progress on the graphite marketing front taking it to potential customers for offtake agreements (due Q4 2016 If not sooner based on recent presentation)

3) More assayed drill results aimed at increasing the scale of the high grade Resource at Ulanzi

4) When the market wakes up and realises that we have a potential IRR of 62% (OUTSTANDING RETURNS FOR INVESTORS) based on their scoping study in March 2016 - Wait till pre-feasibility comes out any day (current quarter) to confirming scoping study numbers

Investment Highlights from June 2016 report -

• In March 2016, the Company released the results of its Scoping Study, indicating the potential for a 500ktpa processing plant, producing around 50ktpa of graphite product for a mine life of 25 years. The study estimated (+/- 35% accuracy) a pre-production capex of US$57.3m and Life-of-Mine (LOM) operating cost (Opex) of US$458/t.
• The study concluded that the project could produce an NPV (10% discount rate) of US$285.7m and an IRR of 62%. We believe BKT acquired a highly prospective tenement package of quality graphite deposits.
