Fishing would mean they had something down the hole that had to be retrieved. Service loop is for a Top Drive System that holds the weight of the drill string, provides the torque and turns the drill string to the right. You can usually get away with replacing 1 hose or cable for these jobs. Maybe they had to hotshot stuff to the rig to do the repairs???
Fishing is either downtime or rig rate per day depending on what happened and why. Either way it costs... If it was only 1 day down then I suspect the service loop was the problem as this would take about 1 day to change out.
If they were fishing I would suspect it take at least 2 days, pull out of hole mess around with BHA, make up fishing gear, run back in hole wash over ect... pull back out of hole, mess around with BHA then run back in the hole to drill... (This would take at least 2 days at these depths)
Whatever the problem was it doesn't really matter as long as the payzone pays-out...
