I recently had dialogue with the company re our investmnet with AEZ.
Reits have just started to slowely thaw from a feeeze..Aez is in deep freeze...(lol) The discussion was around valuations , income, loan covenantes etc... And as u would appreciate some information cannot be disclosed. However in saying that AEZ does have option sit is exploring, and one thing that impressed me after a lot of the doom and gloom is the occupancy rate is just under 90% over all the properties.. At the end of the day that is important imo. Income is what is needed to maintain the loans and covenants etc, so fingers crossed so far it hasnt fallen off a cliff..
I continue to hold (not much choice) and beleive this sector and AEZ once confidence returns will give me a good % return on my investment.
DYOR but at these prices it seems cheap..
