“The initial DST data on Seam No.15 appears very promising and demonstrates reservoir permeability, flow capacity and high methane gas levels conducive to an unconventional gas project. We look forward to providing further updates on testing as analysis continues as well as the results of the third planned DST once Seam No.18 has been intersected. Whilst the permeability in Seam No.11 was less than expected, it remains a good candidate to be drilled laterally and/or fracture stimulated to increase flow rates.
