Not sure but just postulating that Mahdu could have been doing what the Geo Shelton Coates did. He put a caveat over the tenement cause owed 3 months wages that last R&D grant is due soon I'd say after he's paid all his outstanding money if it falls to Madhu with a caveat the other unsecured creditors again hop around but can't do much about it.

The only thing I see from that though is that KR & Madhu starting to believe there won't be any deal prior to tax time i.e. Mid year and making plans for a handover of the mining lease.

Either that or they have had a falling out, option 1 or option 2 :$
