You are fully entitled to ask questions. However try to remember that class actions take between 2 and 4 years to get to the statement of claim and writ. The IG people have briefed a barrister and are waiting the resultant brief which is quite normal. Everyone now has to play the waiting game. Finally I can confirm that no one is on the take and no one is profiting from this. I am sure that, should you volunteer, and have the necessary credo to input valuable advice, then all at IG will be very happy to receive same.
