There was something else discussed that made my ears prick up and choke on my coffee! We were talking about the size of the potential Ore Body at Oak Dam, he stated that to give me an idea, you could fit Carrapateena Mine into less than half of Oak dam! He caught my tongue there! WOW, it is BIG!
Carrapateena Mine was brought out by Ozminerals for around $400 million!
Carrapateena Ore Body is 1000m Deep, 600mx800m!
Oak Dams identified Ore Body? 900m Deep, approx 2km2!
Not saying we will have the same grades, but if mineralisation and good grades are confirmed like the IHAD's, we have one hell of a deposit!
So, now u know why I am excited, cmon Hugh my boy, confirm IOCG!
