   • ·  Pawnee County, 310 acres in Section 19 of Township 20N Range 5E;
   • ·  Pawnee County, 231 acres in Section 23 of Township 20N Range 5E; or
   • ·  any other leasehold interest to be agreed between the parties,
     such interest to be held by RFE subject to Guggenheim's security interest until clause 3.4 is satisfied;
