Isn't the Splitit chairman EX NAB bank CEO, and they also have Ex - VISA and MASTERCARD executives working with them. I'm pretty sure that they would know the rules.... Maybe the Merchant does not split the transaction, splitit does for example as a non merchant. Maybe they don't use Mcard or Vasa to facilitate the merchant payment exactly. Probably part of the IP / patent.
You would think that one of the very banks that are going to be used as collateral in the agreement, would have to be aware of the rules
