    Nope - better off keeping it under CWN's control IMO. It is just paper shuffling IMO, or worse - adding extra layers of administration, and fees for professionals. I think it was an attempt to arbitrage some market pricing errors that are now correcting themselves, and to raise some capital without calling it a crap raise.
