Turf the entire Board. The Board is made up of two maybe three people and has no money. Where do you think the next Board membership would come from? You?

You have to do some reading and get up to date with the state of SPX's affairs. Discuss transparency and I'll listen to you but funding ...! They are doing pretty well in that regard.
