Given the lousy result of the capital raising; I suspect the board must be aware that nobody wants to put in money just to (back) pay their directors fees.
The last resolution for the AGM is a spill motion - will be interesting to see what happens. Either sh are just beaten around the head enough, have written this dog of a share off, let it go, accept dilution and subsequent cash drain on any capital raised OR they are upset enough to mobilise and turf the entire board.
Suspect it will all blow over and directors' back pay (for the excellent work done so far!) and Xmas party funds will be secured again....but you just never know.
