The potential earnings impact is materially positive. DOW looks for EBIT margins of 6%-8% on these contracts. If we assume 6% and allow for a ramp-up period over the first 18 months (beginning in July 2010), the EPS increase would be between 5% and 7% each your out to FY16e.
