Spencer Capital Partners are at it again. Following up on their original scam from last year. They are offering for people to get their money back if they send them 15% of their original investment. The mans name is Michael Levy. They are also about to try and flog off shares in the Aramco float. Please do not deal with this company or you will lose all of your money.
