If i was a betting man i would bet that they are very close to a farm in for Ocean Hill, but i would put more money on a complete corporate transaction, anybody could most likely buy us for 10 cents a share,
i agree with the comments about the directors, they have form in completing this style of transaction, there has been gradual increasing interest in this stock over the last week, these things dont just happen by coincidence ,
still very cheap on any investment matrix.
