However, Tier 1 Mining companies have proper Boards who (normally) require the detail a BFS would provide plus access to a data room etc to complete their necessary due diligence.
Perhaps we can agree that the big drilling program is likely to keep the SP moving steadily upwards until someone rolls the dice?
