imo both metals and bulks will be out of favor for another year!

The Russell 2000 index of small caps in the US is at a new all time high today.
ARH may be broke but it has a 70% shareholder with big bank and big ego. Yes, its not going anywhere in current form, but with big Clive in charge , its not going away quietly either.
The death of iron ore is greatly exaggerated, Chinese imports are near record, and big supply increases are a long way off. Plans, hopes and wishes do not fill the ships.
