Why would he want to cash out in the short term.
He is guaranteed over $1,150.000 in wages per year from his suite of directorships, plus all the bonuses he can arrange with his fellow company Directors (last lot in DGR has made him over $500,000 alone even at current low share price), plus allowing him in times of poor sharemarket value for him to hone in an increase his own holdings (again and again and again - just look at the percentage gains he has made in the last few years in all the companies), plus all the flights, accommodation, etc., to travel the world to tell the same story and then accept low capital raising which then buggers the share values (DGR and SOLG are prime examples in the last few months), and to top off, just writes his own new contract for the next 2 years with 2 years extension (refer SOLG) which sets himself up with $400,000 wages, plus sign on fee, plus more bonuses. But he has announced to one and all that he will not accept a low ball take-over offer.

This fellow is on a gravy train and he, and other directors are loading up every which they can arrange. Unfortunately, at the detriment of all other small shareholders. There will be very few shareholders who have not taken a severe beating because of his self interest activities, other than the select few who are in the know.
