Well I wouldn't invest a cent.
Fish farming is a difficult business best done where there are no environmental concerns.
Mittal may have been a founding director of Tassal but he was no longer there in 1998.
Tassal went on to collapse in 2001......for want of economies of scale.
It re emerged as Tassal Seafoods ?
Tassal, ie aquaculture was my worst ever investment.
Go and have a look at the shareprice of MPA.(or read the thread for 3 years back)
The directors will take fat salaries..........they will do OK.
For those that want to know the economics of it all The Economist had an article 9/8/03 page 9 and p 19.(Fish on the cover)
