Makes a lot of sense to SIR shareholders and well done. This is how you create a lot of value, by DISCOVERING a significant deposit..a point the market seems to have missed.

IGO, well I thought you would have learnt acquiring is how you LOSE money. Didn't understand their own track record (Matrix , Jaguar), nor the learnings from the Friedmans of the world, the Redback story, the takeover of Equinox by Barrick, Newcrest etc etc etc....

So we see
IGO shares down 10-15%
SIR up 20-25%
IGO offering 40+% premium to acquire a Reserve and resource which still has development and commissioning risk?

Just so happy I sold my IGO shares, but unhappy I didn't top up on SIR

Always something to watch for in companies...how many shares the director own, how many were they given (etc)..and in fact of course how much skin they have in the game

Just a thought in passing, won't effect what's going on, but worth a look when you are investing ught in passing
