I thought I heard news that every SIR share is to receive .66%...

    I thought I heard news that every SIR share is to receive .66% of ONE IGO share. They indicated that the bid may not be driven higher, the board seems to have shown acceptance. My calculation is $3.89, anyone else hear something similar, did I miss something wasn't focussed on the news heard it on the TV muffled.

    I guess we should have seen it coming when the banks came on board.
