    Hi guys can someone please elaborate on the s2 arrangement?

    "Demerger Scheme Consideration: one fully paid ordinary S2 share for every two Sirius shares held"

    I am clued into the whole SIR for GIO swap, but not clear on the s2 details. Thanks in advance.
