At 36c on the heads, the options will have 16c of intrinsic value. Assuming long dated, add maybe 5c of extrinsic value, considering they are deep in the money. So likely to trade around 20c if heads are at 36c. On a 1:4 basis, that equals ~5c of value. So placement is effectively at ~31c.
You'd be wanting to try and take part in this to reduce personal dilution and get a little leverage via the options.
