Spectur reminds me of DTL. Back in 2001 no-one wanted to know it and every broker I spoke to boo whood it. It ended up running from 30c to $17. They did a 10 for 1 split and it's now $1.80 ($18 pre split).
DTL ended up being a numbers driven stock. The market kept re-rating it upwards as revenue, profit and dividends rose.
SP3 is very early in its life cycle and reminds me of DTL when it IPO'd in the late 90s although remarkably DTL had substantial revenues even when it traded at a $5M market cap. At the moment the numbers are relatively small for SP3 but at least they are growing. They have a real product that is gaining traction. For those with the attention span of a belligerent 3 year old, it was probably a no brainer to take the 100% stag that SP3 offered. Some said they loved the story and indicated they'd be there for the long term. LOL. Good luck to them. Alto has taken notes and the highlighter pen has been used!
For those with a longer term "investment" outlook I firmly believe this stock represents very good value at the current $13M valuation. News flow is potentially solid but the real driver IMO will be the numbers.
