Because the stock is illiquid. lots of gaps. The first trade of 10,000 shares - the seller was an amateur or didn't care, sold to first available buyer at 33 cents hence price crashed from 36 to 33 and then others followed. This is common with nanocaps such as SP3. Always look at price along with volume. Remember what goes down goes up equally fast lol. Couple of material contracts and we will be back above 40.
