I noticed on their "video surveillance" landing page they also make reference to "unique patented video security camera technology", albeit probably just standard marketing spiel. I mean, it's not very descriptive, is it, haha.

While tower patent could be something to be mindful of (in terms of product development), as others have noted, the real 'product' here is still the SaaS upside. So if ATF isn't engaging in R&D within that space, bodes well for SP3. Just need to get the national rollout happening to build scale and brand publicity. That's the one thing, you can have a superior product but against a more known company, need to break down the barriers and really drive home its differentiating capabilities. This is hopefully where the management/registry come into play.
