I wonder why its doing so poorly, It looks fairly solid and its income does not look like it will dry up. The rental markets in the cities it holds buildings are very tight. And all the properties are of high quality (i've seen some of the Florida ones, (as well as the ones they used to hold in Chicago) and if they are any indication they are targeting the top end of town which has money to spend on great facilities.
I guess the weakness lately is not too bad, it just sets you back abit.
