Alvarion Signs Contract to Deploy First Mobile WiMAX Network in Taiwan

The first phase of the network will be built over the next 6 months and will enable VMAX Telecom to provide wireless IP and mobile broadband services such as voice, data, video and gaming, and location based services to Northern Taiwan.
