    Telstra bought iBurst's wireless spectrum

The Australian Communications and Media Authority has confirmed that Telstra was the unknown bidder who bought the wireless spectrum belonging to Commander subsidiary Personal Broadband Australia, which shut down its iBurst network last month.

Telstra would love to get there hands on Unwired spectrum and i bet they would pay alot more then the .50cents Seven payed for all of Unwired. IMO the spectrum is the key to seven growth, spectrum is alot like land they not making it. Again IMO they are still ironing out mobile wimax and may still be 6 months to a year away but fix wimax is well and ready.
