I've seen this behaviour in a stock that I used to own (AVB). Traders know that the company will release multiple announcements to hit the 10 cent target. So this is an opportune trading time. Sell on news which they know are coming, buy back, sell again. Easiest 10% profit. While they watch people complain. haha. AVBs price remained like this for years. Traders heaven. The best part, it's the top discussed stock on HC. Easy picking.
