A quick search reveals that Nigel has had mining experience when he was CEO at African Metals Coorporation; a copper/cobalt project in southern Katanga.
Not too sure what happened with Nigel's involvement with AFR as the sources (online) were somewhat scarce when I was trying to dig deeper last year; but it seemed like it didn't end well for the company and Nigel. I was a bit disheartened after finding out so I initially didn't post about it here but facts are facts.
I hope Nigel has some personal reasons and motivations for making AVZ a success.
We still have the southern route if the eastern front don't work out in the next couple of years (refer to scoping study picture). Unfortunately the overall lithium sector is still negative but I hope there will be an infliction point sometime soon to make lithium equities more appealing from a technical point of view for investors and traders.
