Well said, but I don't agree with your confidence shown by NF.
Management is usually only telling positive sides, ignoring negatives.
Huayou has been too 'relaxed' with their first mover advantage, if they had an intention to go ahead, would be trying to get as cheap as they could, that's the business.
CATL was very interested in AVZ about two years ago, even indicated a very low ball offer as rumored (as not announced). Lower than current share price but before all these drillings.
As we have already passed the early exploration stages, all we need, is to take it mine or to sell it.
AVZ needs a sale agent, imo.
