they'd need to buy 10M shares a day for the next 18 days which eat into the offers fairly substantially.

i think they either let them expire, the s/p crumbles and they scoop at reduced price.

or

they buy up to 10c, hold it there, exercise the options and lodge a hostile/non hostile offer with their total holdings being rather significant.
