Now if the BOD believe that delisting FMS is the best option for the company and all shareholders then prove it by requesting a delisting of FMS via a SPECIAL RESOLUTION.

The BOD should have absolutely nothing to worry about getting a SPECIAL RESOLUTION passed if what they are proposing is so beneficial to all shareholders, however I believe if the BOD request a delisting again via an ordinary resolution after the outpouring of outrage from thousands of shareholders then they are not working for the good of FMS and all shareholders.

    Ordinary Resolution 50% required,
Todd Corp own 56% = delisting approved, not even 1 of the remaining 4289 shareholders have a say!

    Special Resolution 75% required,
Todd Corp own 56% and only require 19% of the remaining 44% to approve delisting. Now that shouldn’t be too hard to achieve if delisting truely is what’s best for FMS.

So BOD please do the right thing and prove via a SPECIAL RESOLUTION that the delisting truely is what not just 1 shareholder wants!!!!!!!
