Agree SG50, ML is factored in, is a given and, whilst essential, will have little effect on the SP.

Market is buying a world class resource of outstanding metrics, which has attracted seriously good MOUs. The fact that management has not really put a foot wrong and have gone about their business in an intelligent, commonsensical manner expressed though their many years of professional mining experience. Orior Capital's well written report bought the fact to life and the attention of the market.

A mining licence is expected this quarter. I am of the opinion funding news will come though within a couple of months, however I could be quite wrong. But if it is expected in that period, I would be surprised to see a CR. There is an estimated 650k spend this quarter with a balance of an estimated 630k in the bank at the end of March. Whilst not flush with cash, imo there is enough to wait for a funding announcement, if is is to come Aprilish or sooner, when the SP will, one would think, make a solid move.

Particularly if we are the first African graphite explorer (Syr excepted) to be funded it could well present a sharp spike as they all jump on board!

Only my opinion, bit of a guessing game re a CR atm.
