Why can't IVA start buying back their shares?? Normally only large companies that have excess money do this, but in this case where the shares are hitting 10cents,for 1m dollars they could buy 10m shares at the moment. They could just allocate a small amount each day until the shares rose and gave confidence to the market. If they are holding somewhere around $40m in cash well, this would be a practicle thing to do.Normally directors do not care about the price of the shares but if they want to raise money in the future, dilution will occur at this level. They would normally be reluctant to do this as they need as much as they can keep with their current cash burn, but really this would help a lot and should be considered.I am sure once a new buyer is found for RIO stake this company will take off,in the meantime they should be looking for new strategies.
