I am new to Octanex, having looked into the partly paids last night I see now that they are no liability, and therfore are similar to options, and that you can not be forced to pay remaining instalments unlike other partly paids.

however in relation to the dividends on OXXCA, I think they will be pro rata, this was in the prospectus,

Dividends
Under Rule 4.1(c), where shares are partly paid, all dividends must be apportioned and paid
proportionately to the amounts paid (not credited) on the shares. This is consistent with the ASX
Listing Rules.

You may wish to get clarification from the company on this one.
