I wondered about that as well. It seems like a bribe - vote yes to everything and you get it.
Anyway, I told them I couldnt be bothered voting for a quarter of a cent.
It kind of gives you an inkling on the likely return to shareholders though:
1st tranche (crumbs) .025
2nd trancge .005?????
And there are plenty of sellers @ .003
