    Just to add to the above.....there's plenty of discussion up the thread in relation to the theory as to why the sp was pushed from 0.011 - 0.004 in the month of August for no apparent reason......and those who will benefit from keeping it suppressed until after the CR/RI is finalised and the subsequent shortfall is placed
