Problem with banning hate speech is where does it stop. Today it is this tomorrow hate speech is the equivalent of saying I don't like you. The goal posts keep changing until you cant say anything..... ohh wait thats pretty much all the pc crap taken to the next level.
Sure most of us hate and think certain types of comments are reprehensible but at the end of the day you should have the right to be a reprehensible prick.
