As I said it was tested on the M-ATV. This is a different vehicle then the L-ATV that is the vehicle for the humvee replacement.
The R-400s likely can be mounted on the L-ATV but there is no confirmation of this and the L-ATV has not been procured as an assault vehicle.
They aren't even buying enough armour for all of these vehicles. They anticipate buying enough armour for 1/3 of the vehicles, but the armour is modular.
If a remote weapon system is mounted on the L-ATV it will likely only be for a few of them, i.e. for special ops groups and there is no guarantee that this will be an EOS system.
There are a lot ifs between Oshkosh being awarded a project and any revenue coming in for EOS.
