The promote's effect also reveals UPside potential's speed with volume.
Now, with low volume a steady ascension from early November is ongoing. Imagine BUYing volume entering the equation...
Holders today are early, ie. the penny has not dropped. For holders this is an opportunity, for new buyers this is gift. Trade accordingly.
