This one is just for you bud, seeing as you keep conjuring up these conspiracy theories regarding manipulation 

This is the simplest way to example stock promotion 101. I don't exactly rate Assad as a quality broker, nor stock picker, but the guy has 45K+ twitter follower and knows how to promote stocks 



Assad (along with a few others) tweeted about SP3 for a good few months, all the way up to it's 50c highs. This was Assad's last post on the stock, he shortly after came under flack for CPH and went quiet



The charts says it all ... Not a single broker tweet, research report, or even a mention of SP3 since then. From when SP3 were left to their own marketing devices, the stock has fallen some 70%

Management think a stock with no promotion, no broker support, no research and no coverage is suddenly going to experience demand ?

This is pretty amateur stuff. If you list a company, you respect shareholders and you treat it like a listed stock. If not, keep it private and run it as such. 

For $10K+ GST you can do a mail out to the entire Wholesale Investor Network, that is 21,000 HNW, family offices and funds. For $15K you can have a professional independent 3rd party research report done, cash flow model and target price generated. $25K to send out a full blown research report to over 21,000 HNW would be the best money SP3 has ever spent on marketing ... I'm guessing management have no idea about this or even who to speak to

Why are we just sitting back waiting for PAC to do something when there are such easy proactive measures the company can take itself. It isn't good enough
