Lets say Spectur did want to raise like 2mil just to boost the coffers and to have some cash up their sleeve in case (eg. increase inventory or small acquisition). If they were to use PAC, I thought they would only pay about 6%? which is like 120k? Regardless they may also prefer to take a small rights issue and just ask any of the top 20 if they are willing to underwrite it and therefore save on the costs of using a broker.
