I agree that there is unlikely a desperate need to do a cap raise.

Yes, it may well be the plan to release the latest numbers, let PAC promote those numbers and in turn see an improved SP and once the SP is at a less dilutory level, then consider a raise in relation to aquisition or a ramp up in manufacturing etc.

They removed the resolution re: 10% placement capacity from the AGM. That to me says there is no immediate need to raise.

Better for PAC to be armed with fresh numbers (assuming they are good) before starting a marketing campaign.
