They can’t really expect to make $M’s out of fees for promoting it though, they sure as hell can though getting a CR around these levels

If PAC were in line for a raise, rallying the price to 30-40c prior would be shooting themselves in the foot, wouldn’t it ?
Hence why the silence by them stinks IMO. Do the job you are paid to do, not the one you are hoping for
