900K options aren't enough incentive IMO, hence why there is no urgency 

PAC have to wait 12 months for the full 900K to vest. I think we all know given their client base, they could have this parabolic in a quarter and up to 50c+. Even still, their options in that event would only be worht $270K, not exactly bank 

Purely speculating, I would guess they are sitting back and waiting for the quarterly results and to see whether SP3 approach them for a CR. Getting a couple $M raise around these levels prior to running it to 50c be a much bigger windfall, in the $M's

Management need to learn how to promote this stock, secure a major Tier 1 client whether that be a trial/sale and incentivize PAC properly
