Imagine having someone sticking their head over your fence - not a relation nor a neighbour - and criticizing your house and property on a regular basis for no reason.
The owners of the house don't owe anyone any money and make an honest living working the land and providing jobs to other families in the area and pretty much keep to themselves
But he is not wanting to buy the house
nor rent it
but takes delight in abusing, baiting and flaming its inhabitants
and criticizing everything about this house and its surrounding land
I'm struggling to find a name that fits this sort of miscreant
any ideas?
