I think this would be about getting all in order to handle both what the Quarry produces and what the water filled pits will receive - PASS.
In the coming months the PASS Tendering Process will begin and by about June 2019 the first loads of PASS are likely to be coming out of the MMRP Tunnels.
The time period is less than a year (probably). The NAGs site could be very busy this time next year and with the Quarry humming & PASS buzzing.
